- The Runtime Is What's Left Over
This site is two different websites wearing the same clothes: an interactive Rust/WebAssembly portfolio, and a folder of static HTML articles generated by a separate program. They share a header, a colour, a typeface, a hairline width, and one WebAssembly bundle — without either one importing the other. This is how the sharing actually works, why Rust makes it cheap, and why almost nothing is left to decide in a browser.
- Two Kilobytes and No Operating System
Part one of a series writing Rust on an Arduino Uno R3. Before any code: what the machine actually is, why compiling for it needs two separate toolchains, and which of its failure modes the type system can catch — because on a chip with no MMU and no guard page, every safety property is either in the types or in your head.
